Close to 100 people came out to the Waverly road bridge in Bowmanville to honour two Canadian police officers killed in Haiti. Sgt. Mark Gallagher and Supt. Helping Haiti
Students at Applecroft Public School are doing their part to help out people in Haiti. Students are donating money to help the Red Cross relief efforts in Haiti and for their donation, they receive a paper brick they can sign their name on and post around the school.
